Job summary

AIG Insurance Hong Kong Limited is seeking a proactive sales professional to develop our General Insurance business through Life-Source Channel and Local Broker Channel. You will drive agent productivity, support marketing campaigns, and build strong relationships with agents and brokers in Hong Kong.

The role involves analyzing portfolios, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and helping agents set production goals while maintaining underwriting and service standards.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred.
• Within probation period, basic insurance certification is expected.
• Self-starter with high energy and service orientation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and persuasion abilities.
• Reading, speaking and writing in Chinese and English are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop our General Insurance business within Life-Source Channel and Local Broker Channel.
• Contribute to sales channel practices to improve agent productivity and efficiency.
• Engage in sales and marketing activities to increase submissions and sales penetration.
• Analyze agents'/brokers portfolios to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with agents through regular interaction.
• Assist in mapping production goals and strategies for agents.
• Monitor performance and propose solutions when needed.
• Identify training to enhance product proficiency and skills.
• Support Campaign and Communication teams with promotions and campaign launches.
• Coordinate with Service Centres and Product Towers to uphold service and underwriting standards.
• Generate business from Life-Source agents and Local Brokers to meet targets.
• Introduce product range and support growth with the company.
