Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned sales professional to drive the brokerage channel and implement business strategy aligned with company goals. You will coach and motivate brokerage partners to accelerate insurance product sales, execute product and marketing plans with partners to maximize revenue, and deliver training on sales skills.

You will also develop new brokerage relationships to expand market reach.

Qualifications

• University graduate with at least 5 years' experience in sales and business development.
• Strong knowledge of whole life protection and premium financing products.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of Brokerage Channel to implement business strategy aligned with company goals.
• Coach and motivate brokerage partners to boost insurance product sales.
