OAC Group Limited is seeking a dedicated Senior Customer Service Officer to join our Client Operations team in the Hong Kong area. This role focuses on delivering top-tier service across life, health, and wealth management solutions for insured clients and financial partners.

You will handle end-to-end service tasks via phone, email, and front-counter, collaborate with underwriting and claims teams, and strive to maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Client-facing service experience in financial institutions.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver end-to-end service support for policyholders, financial advisors, brokers, and bancassurance partners via phone, email, and front-counter channels.
• Assist with pre-approval reviews and initial documentation checks for new insurance applications and policy maintenance requests.
• Investigate and resolve complex policyholder enquiries, account status updates, claims status, and premium payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with internal operational teams (Underwriting, Claims, and Policy Administration) to streamline service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback, track service metrics, and proactively suggest operational enhancements to maintain high standards of service excellence.
