Job summary
BOC Group Life Assurance Company Ltd. seeks a seasoned supervisor to lead the daily operations of its customer service centre in Hong Kong.
The role emphasizes delivering quality, timely service to clients across distribution channels and driving initiatives aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in life insurance, solid customer relationship management experience, and proficiency in English and Chinese.
Qualifications
- Degree or above in relevant disciplines with professional insurance qualifications (FLMI, ACS)
- 6 years or above working experience and preferably 3 years at supervisory level in life insurance with solid customer relationship management experience
- Pass IIQE exams Paper 1, 3 or equivalent
- Customer-service oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Patient, attentive to details with good problem solving and organizing skills
- Positive and attentive to details
- Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operation of the customer service centre to provide quality and timely services to internal and external customers.
- Drive for various initiatives in alignment with the Company’s strategic goals to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with multiple distribution channels and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
