Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau invites a Senior Business Development Officer to provide BD support in Employee Benefits sector, handling policy administration, claims and customer enquiries, and supporting cross-functional teams.

You will prepare performance reports, collect customer feedback, and help streamline processes while maintaining high service standards. 2–3 years’ insurance servicing experience, a bachelor degree, and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree holder preferable.
2-3 years' experience in insurance customer servicing.
Basic understanding of life and health insurance distribution.
Excellent communication and client-centric mindset.
Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

Provide enquiry support to intermediate corporate client on policy administration, claim and complaints.
Follow up and liaise with relevant parties to ensure timely and quality responses to enquiries.
Prepare performance reports to monitor SLAs and service standards.
Collect feedback reflect customer needs and expectation to the Company.
Follow and propose changes to streamline process and meet customer expectation.
Participate in projects and system enhancements to enhance team efficiency and service level.
