Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Life Insurance professional to drive opportunities, grow the insurance portfolio, and support marketing strategies for life insurance products. You will handle inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with internal controls while collaborating with the Life Insurance Team.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in life insurance, strong English/Chinese communication, and experience with corporate banking or PRC customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in life insurance field with relevant marketing exposure.
• Proven ability to handle corporate banking/PRC customer segments.
• IIQE licensing examinations completed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Life Insurance Team to reach business goals and target HNW clients.
• Maintain and grow existing life insurance portfolio.
• Assist in formulating marketing strategies for life insurance.
• Provide professional customer service including inquiries and after-sales.
• Ensure all relevant control measures are followed.
• Support ad-hoc tasks from Line Manager.
