Job summary

Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to drive business in the Institutions Business Banking segment in Hong Kong.

You will manage client relationships, explore new opportunities, and support credit assessments while handling remittance and deposit services. The role requires a strong banking background, fluency in English, Chinese and Putonghua, and a proven track record in sales and client servicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years of relationship management or sales experience in banking; experience in Institutions Business Banking is an advantage.
• HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent & IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 & 5 and MPF Intermediaries Examination is an advantage.
• Aggressive, result-oriented with good business acumen.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Analytical with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• High initiative team player, sales and customer-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to obtain the business and sales target within the division.
• Manage and maintain existing customer relationships and explore new business opportunities.
• Prepare credit applications, conduct comprehensive risk reviews, assessments, and post-lending monitoring for clients.
• Customer service duties include handling remittance applications, time deposits, and account maintenance.
