Jobtailor in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Institutional Sales professional to source and onboard hedge funds, family offices, and asset managers, driving adoption of Crypto.com’s prediction market contracts and tokenized RWA offerings.

You will manage end-to-end onboarding with Legal/Compliance, act as the primary contact for your book, and aim to upsell across APAC/EMEA. Candidates should have 4–8 years in fintech sales and digital asset expertise.

Formación

• 4–8 years in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management in FinTech or regulated finance environments.
• 2+ years in digital asset space with spot/derivatives knowledge.
• Strong understanding of CFD products and retail broker ecosystems.
• Experience with tokenized assets or prediction markets is a plus.
• Existing APAC/EMEA institutional network and client relationships.
• Ability to discuss API connectivity and on‑chain settlement mechanics with tech teams.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Responsabilidades

• Pipeline execution: source, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects across hedge funds, family offices, and asset managers.
• Drive adoption of prediction market contracts and tokenized RWA offerings; educate on product mechanics and risk profiles.
• Position Crypto.com ecosystem to meet needs of institutional traders and brokers across product lines.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding with Legal, Compliance, and Operations for time‑to‑trade.
• Serve as primary point of contact and identify upsell opportunities across products.
• Provide field feedback to Product/Strategy on market trends and competitors.
• Maintain CRM records and KPI updates on trading volume, AUM, and flows.
