You will distill complex tech into compelling narratives, lead rapid experiments, and build external partnerships while driving data‑driven decisions and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in innovation, advanced concepts, or product management in tech hardware.
• Portfolio of successful innovations with clear strategic contribution.
• Exceptional communication to translate tech into mainstream narratives.
• Hands-on prototyping, design thinking and cross-functional workshop leadership.
• Capability to organize large ideation events and manage roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own China innovation funnel end-to-end with high velocity.
• Maintain living view of tech, use cases and consumer behaviors in China.
• Lead with clarity on trends and surface opportunities early.
• Drive rapid prototyping sessions and visual decision-ready narratives.
• Coordinate designers, engineers, PMs and marketing for alignment.
• Build external ecosystem with universities and startups.
