The Role

As a Senior Innovation Manager, you will be a strategic architect for the Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS) business group, helping to extend human potential and enable creativity and productivity in workspaces across the Chinese market. You will lead the innovation funnel for the China market and own the process from initial signal identification (technology or behavioral) through to prototype, validation, and roadmap creation and integration.

You thrive in complexity and specialize in distilling advanced technologies into tangible, compelling narratives. You are a hands‑on leader, equally comfortable discussing five-year strategic outlooks and diving into the details of a rapid prototype.

Core Responsibilities

• Innovation Funnel Ownership: Manage the end‑to‑end China innovation funnel, ensuring processes remain organized, transparent, and high‑velocity.
• Strategic Intelligence: Maintain a "living view" of the technologies, use cases, and consumer behaviors shaping personal workspaces in China. Transform these insights into a unified point of view to guide the business group.
• Advocacy & Influence: Surface emerging opportunities early and effectively. Provide leadership with the clarity to act on trends before they reach the mainstream.
• Conceptualization & Prototyping: Drive design thinking sessions and organize rapid innovation sprints with cross‑functional teams. Use your skills to break down complex technologies into simple, decision‑ready visualizations and narratives.
• Collaboration Orchestration: Act as the connective tissue between designers, engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure cross‑functional alignment.
• External Ecosystem Building: Cultivate relationships with universities, startups, research labs, and external innovation hubs to bring "outside‑in" thinking into Logitech.
• Data‑Driven Decision Making: Drive systematic trend tracking and opportunity scouting and manage a complex data ecosystem proactively and efficiently.
• Operational Excellence: Lead and moderate large‑format roadmap workshops and rigorous post‑market analysis to track success, refine processes, and capture institutional learnings.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Experience: 5-10 years in innovation, advanced concepts, or product management, preferably within consumer hardware or adjacent tech categories.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a portfolio of successful innovations launched in the market, with clear attribution to your strategic contribution.
• Communication & Influence: Exceptional visual and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify advanced technology for a mainstream audience without losing depth. Raise the flags on what is coming and provide leadership with the needed awareness and know-how.
• Design & Technical Skills: Hands‑on experience with prototyping, design thinking, and design tools (system schematics, layouts, solution architecture). Systematic use of powerful AI tools to accelerate and amplify results and impact, and support strategic decision‑making.
• Leadership Presence: Proven ability to organize large ideation events or moderate complex cross‑functional workshops, making sure designers, engineers, and product managers are working in one direction.
• Mindset: Pragmatic, outcome‑oriented, "hands‑on," and deeply curious about user behaviors. Show, don’t tell.
