Job summary

Logitech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the development and manufacturing launch of gaming peripherals. You will lead a cross-functional, multi-site team worldwide, coordinating with engineering, product management, supply chain and manufacturing to optimize cost, quality and schedule.

The role requires 5–7 years in project management in a tech environment, PMP preferred, and strong English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience in a high-tech environment with global cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead and staff a project team across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of project management concepts and implementation of team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Gaming controller project development activities and sustain product lifecycle management.
• Lead and staff a project team - multi-functions and multi-sites (worldwide).
• Partner with product management, engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to deliver project experience, cost and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with SIM product management, design, engineering and operations to roadmap needs.
• Coordinate problem-solving to improve processes, resolve non-conformances, and maximize team performance (safety, quality, productivity, cost).
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers to ensure successful development, launch and sustaining activities.
• Implement ECO changes to product and manufacturing processes.
• Oversee multiple project activities to accomplish operational objectives.
• Set team goals and track progress for team and members.
• Mentor team members, prioritize tasks and assign work.
• Participate in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Identify, evaluate and escalate risks and drive solutions.
