Job summary

Ever Dragon Catering Holdings Limited 永龍飲食集團 is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage full spectrum HR duties in a busy environment. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with Hong Kong Labour laws.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of HR experience with supervisory exposure, strong English and Chinese communication, and the ability to work independently while building cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in HR with at least 2 years in supervisory role within sizeable companies, preferably in F&B.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and related employment laws.
• Detail-minded, proactive, and able to work independently with a diplomatic approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; good communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, C&B administration, employee relations and staff engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance of HR practices with company policy and local legislative requirements.
• Collaborate with section heads to summarize hiring needs and align resourcing with business priorities.
• Maintain partnerships with NGO stakeholders to support HR initiatives.
• Explore effective recruitment channels and optimize branding and sourcing methods.
• Assist in HR digitalization initiatives and implement improvements.
• Handle ad hoc HR projects as assigned.
