Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• 5–8 years' relevant HR experience.
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and HR-related statutory requirements.
• Understanding of payroll, taxation, employee benefits administration and retirement schemes.
• Hands-on computer skills including spreadsheets and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end compensation and benefits operations and payroll processing.
• Provide HR operational support across employee lifecycle and advisory on policies and benefits.
• Support HR systems, data integrity, reporting and process improvements.
• Coordinate governance, compliance, audits and ad hoc HR projects.
