Responsibilities

• Assist the Hostel Manager in supervising housekeeping, cleansing, pest control, gardening and landscape.
• Supervise patient portering and material transportation.
• Oversee linen and uniforms, security, car park and road control.
• Supervise mortuary operations, including dead body transfer and claims.
• Manage hospital bus services and related transport arrangements.
• Supervise and train security guards and supporting staff.
• Liaise with departments and service contractors; monitor service quality.
• Prepare staff rosters and deploy staff; handle ad hoc duties and safety programs.
