Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least five years' supervisory housekeeping experience, a diploma or above in Hospitality Management, fluent English and Chinese, and MS Office proficiency; you will train staff and outsourced teams, inspect rooms and public areas,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supervisory level in Housekeeping or related department.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day smooth and efficient operations of housekeeping department.
• Monitor performance of staff and contractors to meet contract requirements.
• Provide training, coaching and counselling to housekeeping staff and outsourced suppliers.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality service standards.
• Manage operating expenses and assist budget and capital expenditure planning.
