Job summary

Clearwater Analytics Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Leader to win new hedge fund clients for Enfusion in Hong Kong. You will own the full sales cycle, prospect, build pipeline and close net-new logos, while coordinating with Solutions Engineering and Marketing to ensure successful launches.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in new-business sales to hedge funds, with an existing HK network and fluency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven record of new-business hunting and exceeding targets.
• Solid understanding of hedge fund front-to-back workflows.
• Existing network in the Hong Kong hedge fund community is a strong advantage.
• Credible with founding PMs, COOs, CFOs and CTOs, with strong presentation and writing skills.
• Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Ability to work independently while thriving within a team environment.
• Strong negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and win new hedge fund clients in Hong Kong – fund launches, emerging managers, spin-outs, and established managers replacing legacy systems.
• Build and manage a robust new-business pipeline from first meeting to signed contract, meeting or exceeding annual new-logo and SaaS revenue targets.
• Get in early on launches by building relationships across the launch ecosystem – prime brokers, capital introduction teams, fund administrators, law firms, auditors, consultants and seeders – so Enfusion is on the shortlist before the vendor search starts.
• Qualify rigorously (MEDDICC or similar): map the decision-makers – CIO or founding PM, COO, CFO, CTO and Head of Trading – and the buying process, and keep Salesforce and your forecast accurate.
• Run discovery and lead tailored demos across portfolio management, order and execution management, risk, analytics, accounting and managed services, working with Solutions Engineering on complex requirements.
• Build business cases and ROI, structure proposals and pricing, and negotiate contracts through to close.
• Own the Hong Kong territory plan and target account list, working with BDRs and Marketing, and represent Enfusion at local industry and prime broker events.
• Work in close coordination with executive management and internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Client Services, Marketing) to ensure a clean handover and a successful client launch.
• Stay current on Enfusion’s product suite, the competitive landscape, and hedge fund industry trends in Hong Kong.
