VR Management Limited, a member of the Chevalier Group, oversees Ventria Residence and Ventria Rehabilitation Centre in Hong Kong. We invite high calibre professionals to join our team to shape premium senior living and healthcare services.

The role focuses on delivering personalized guest experiences, handling inquiries and complaints, and collaborating with multiple departments to elevate service standards for residents and guests in a luxury hospitality setting.

Formación

• Diploma or above in Hospitality/Hotel/Property Management.
• 2–3 years of luxury hospitality or related experience.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; strong guest focus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily guest service operations delivering premium experiences for residents.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints with guest-centric approach and review feedback for improvements.
• Act as gracious host and help implement new initiatives to elevate service levels.
• Assist Lifestyle & Guest Experience Manager in identifying high-profile regular guests and SOPs.
• Communicate with other departments and carry out tasks as assigned.
