The role focuses on delivering personalized guest experiences, handling inquiries and complaints, and collaborating with multiple departments to elevate service standards for residents and guests in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or above in Hospitality/Hotel/Property Management.
• 2–3 years of luxury hospitality or related experience.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; strong guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily guest service operations to deliver diverse, premier, and personalized experiences for retired residents and members, particularly during their stay or special occasions.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively while encouraging caring, guest-centric relationships. Review guest feedback to propose and implement improvement plans to management.
• Act as a gracious host, seeking out opportunities to create unique interactions, and assist in implementing new initiatives and ideas to elevate overall guest satisfaction.
• Assist the Lifestyle & Guest Experience Manager in identifying high-profile regular guests while reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and concierge service details to elevate overall service standards.
• Communicate seamlessly with various departments, event support and carry out other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned by department heads and management.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Property Management, or related disciplines from a recognized hospitality school or university.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality, tourism, hotels, clubhouses, or property management.
• Proven experience as a natural leader with the ability to work independently, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team. Passionate about engaging with guests and exceeding expectations.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
