Responsibilities

• Business Development: Win new client accounts and expand existing business.

• Full-Lifecycle Recruiting: Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Offer Negotiation: Guide salary and contract discussions.
• Mentorship: Train junior team members or delivery consultants.
