Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Developer for its Global Digital Services Group in Hong Kong. You will identify opportunities across Creative Digital, SEO, and AI-driven marketing solutions, managing the full BD cycle from prospecting to closing, while researching client needs and decision-makers.

You will lead pre-sales, align with delivery teams, build strong client relationships, and drive cross-selling within the portfolio in HK and the Greater Bay Area,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BD/sales experience within a digital agency or digital services company.
• Proven track record in consultative, solution-based sales and new client acquisition.
• Strong network across Hong Kong and/or the Greater Bay Area.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing, Creative, SEO/Search and AI trends.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across Creative Digital, Search, SEO, and AI-driven marketing solutions.
• Manage the full business development cycle, from prospecting and discovery through pitching, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct in-depth prospect research to understand business needs, key stakeholders, and decision-making processes.
• Develop business opportunities across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, including Chinese companies expanding internationally.
• Lead complex pre-sales and RFP processes, collaborating with internal production and delivery teams on tailored solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing portfolio.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline while monitoring market trends and representing the company at client meetings and industry events.
