Job summary
Michael Page is seeking a Senior Finance Manager in Hong Kong to lead group consolidation and financial reporting under IFRS/HKFRS. You will coordinate intercompany reconciliations, multi-currency consolidations, and external audits while driving process improvements.
The role requires 8–12+ years in financial reporting, a CPA/ACCA/HKICPA qualification, and strong stakeholder management with experience in regional/global reporting.
Qualifications
- Degree in accounting/finance; professional qualification required (CPA/ACCA/HKICPA).
- 8–12+ years in financial reporting and group consolidation.
- Experience with IFRS/HKFRS and intercompany eliminations.
- Proficient with ERP/consolidation systems (SAP/Oracle/Hyperion/OneStream).
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation and reporting.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements per IFRS/HKFRS.
- Manage intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and multi-currency consolidation.
- Coordinate external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive process improvements and reporting system enhancements.
- Partner with regional finance teams and provide technical accounting guidance.
