Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group (HK) Limited is seeking an experienced grant fundraising lead to design and execute fundraising strategies in the nonprofit sector. You will build relationships with foundations, government funders, and donors to secure support for priority programmes.

The role requires a senior track record in grant writing, strong English communication (Chinese preferred), and proficiency with fundraising systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 8+ years of grant writing, fundraising, or resource development in nonprofit sector; proven funding track record.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Chinese a plus; strong storytelling for programs.
• Experience with grant management systems and fundraising software (e.g., Salesforce, GrantHub).
• Understanding of nonprofit financial management and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute grant fundraising strategies.
• Build and manage relationships with foundations, donors, and funders.
• Identify funding opportunities and lead grant applications.
• Manage grant reporting, compliance, and funder communications.
• Monitor program impact and report to stakeholders.
• Maintain donor records and fundraising data.
• Support staff in fundraising and grant writing.
• Partner with marketing on donor communications.
