Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group (HK) Limited is seeking an experienced grant fundraising lead to design and execute fundraising strategies in the nonprofit sector. You will build relationships with foundations, government funders, and donors to secure support for priority programmes.

The role requires a senior track record in grant writing, strong English communication (Chinese preferred), and proficiency with fundraising systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 8+ years of grant writing, fundraising, or resource development in nonprofit sector; proven funding track record.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Chinese a plus; strong storytelling for programs.
• Experience with grant management systems and fundraising software (e.g., Salesforce, GrantHub).
• Understanding of nonprofit financial management and budgeting processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, or resource development within the nonprofit sector, with a proven track record of securing funding from foundations and government sources. Past experience as a programme manager preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Chinese preferred), with exceptional writing skills to create compelling narratives and articulate programme goals.
• Familiarity with various grant application processes, grant management systems, and fundraising software (e.g., Salesforce, GrantHub, etc.), as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online research tools.
• Understanding of nonprofit financial management and budgeting processes.
