Job summary

Prudential Services Asia in Hong Kong is seeking a senior governance leader to oversee end-to-end risk and control governance across operations. You will drive RCSA, internal audit engagements, and regulatory reviews with clear remediation plans and ownership.

You will lead the Operations QA framework, AI governance across the lifecycle, and establish risk-based QA programs. Strong collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Technology, and Business Units is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in operations governance, risk management, audit, or compliance.
• Strong governance design experience across QA, RCSA, audit management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to drive alignment across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end governance of RCSA, Internal Audit engagements, and Regulatory Reviews across Operations.
• Provide strategic direction to ensure findings are challenged, substantiated, and documented with remediation plans.
• Drive and enhance the Operations QA framework and establish risk-based QA programs.
• Own AI Governance and Control Framework across the full AI lifecycle.
• Govern and review Local and Group reporting for operations risk, audit, and compliance matters.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Technology and Business Units.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Technology, or a related discipline
