Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong seeks a capable professional to support process improvements, governance, and risk management across the global asset management function. The role involves coordinating audits, enhancing operations, and driving digitalization initiatives.

You will assist with training, vendor management and administrative support for policy administration, claims, network management and customer service. A degree and several years in insurance operations are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree holder.
• Experience in insurance operations, underwriting, policy administration, claims and vendor management.
• Leadership ability to guide and influence teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across teams and levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving process enhancement, workflow optimization and digitalization across GAM.
• Coordinate audit activities, incident reporting and remediation tracking to minimize disruptions.
• Support risk governance reviews, compliance monitoring and internal controls.
