Govern and review Local and Group reporting for operations risk, audit, and compliance matters.

Ensure submissions are accurate, timely, and complete, with clear and defensible narratives for senior management and Group stakeholders, and proactively identify emerging risk themes for escalation.

Act as a trusted advisor and key decision contributor on strategic and transformation initiatives across Operations.

Provide leadership on risk, compliance, and governance considerations to ensure initiatives are designed and executed in alignment with ERM frameworks, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, enabling sustainable and controlled business growth.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, Audit, Technology, and Business Units to strengthen the overall control environment and ensure consistency in governance practices.

Build and develop a high-performing governance team, setting clear expectations, strengthening technical capabilities in risk and control, and fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and drive alignment across functions.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities, with experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
