Job summary

Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead media relations and promotional campaigns for international exhibitions. You will build partnerships, plan media activities, and manage press events.

The role requires at least 3 years in marketing, fluency in Chinese, English, and Mandarin, and willingness to travel to Mainland China and abroad. It offers a 5-day workweek, competitive pay, medical and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, communication or business-related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in exhibition industry.
• Good command of Chinese, English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Innovative with knowledge of corporate identity management, creative writing and artwork editing.
• Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently; experience deploying AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media industry influencers, publications and journalists.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships with media and event organizers to achieve strategic collaborations.
• Develop and implement media plans aligned with project’s target regions, industries, and audience segments.
• Create and oversee the distribution of press releases and visitor eDMs, ensuring content aligns with project goals and overall campaign strategy.
• Organize and execute press activities, such as media briefings and press conferences, and prepare materials for media kit.
• Monitor media fulfillments and evaluate media performance, tracking media coverage, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness to support continuous optimization.
• Support other overseas promotion initiatives, including seminars, trade fairs, networking events, presentation ceremony, etc.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Management.
• Travel to Mainland China and overseas countries is required.
