Job summary

All Star Agency seeks a Corporate Banking Associate to partner with Senior Relationship Managers in driving client growth for large Hong Kong corporate clients. You will support relationship management, analyze credit needs, and help deliver tailored banking solutions across lending and cash management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting. CFA/FRM/CPA qualifications are a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
CFA, FRM, or CPA qualifications are a plus.
At least 3 years of corporate banking or financial services experience.
Familiar with lending and cash management products.
Fluent in English; Cantonese required.

Responsibilities

Support relationship management and business development for a portfolio of Hong Kong Blue Chips and Conglomerate clients.
Act as trusted contact, strengthening client relationships.
Prepare credit applications and conduct in-depth financial/credit analysis.
Assist with loan documentation, facility implementation, and credit administration.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and credit guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute transactions smoothly.
Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to support the team.
