Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Associate to support daily asset management operations, including subscription, redemption, trade settlement, NAV calculation and fee payments. You will work with fund administrators, custodians and vendors to ensure end-to-end processing, assist with KYC/AML/CFT, and contribute to system enhancements and audits.

• Strong knowledge of equity and fixed income instruments.
• Familiarity with SFC Type 9 licenses in Hong Kong.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations: subscriptions, redemptions, dividend distribution, trade settlement, fee payments, reconciliation, and NAV calculation.
• Collaborate with fund administrators, custodians and vendors for end-to-end operations.
• Provide guidance to resolve operational issues and streamline workflows.
• Assist with KYC, AML, and CFT and ongoing compliance monitoring.
• Support new fund launches, onboarding, and process improvements.
• Assist with annual fund audits and regulatory filings.
• Participate in system enhancements and ad-hoc projects.

• Support daily operations functions, including subscription, redemption, dividend distribution, trade settlement, fee payments, reconciliation, and NAV calculation.
• Work closely with service providers, including fund administrators, custodians, and vendors, to ensure smooth end-to-end daily operations.
• Provide clear direction and solutions for operational issues to guarantee seamless workflow execution.
• Assist with KYC, AML, and CFT functions, performing due diligence and ongoing compliance monitoring.
• Support new fund launches, fund onboarding procedures, and continuous process improvements.
• Assist with the annual audit of fund products and ensure accurate regulatory filings.
• Participate in system enhancements, workflow automation, and ad-hoc operational projects as assigned.

skills & experience required.

• Bachelor's degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience in asset management firms; candidates with greater experience will be considered for the Senior Associate position.
• Strong product knowledge in equity and fixed income instruments.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance matters relating to SFC Type 9 licenses in Hong Kong.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
