• Own production features across backend services and frontend applications for our financial products.
• Lead requirements conversations with Product, Design, Business, and Compliance teams; propose options and trade-offs; define scope and timelines.
• Contribute to architecture and engineering standards; help define coding conventions, testing, and deployment practices.
• Work with AI tools to improve pipelines, testing, and monitoring; ensure reliability and security across the stack.
