Job summary

MoneyHero Limited is seeking a Senior Staff Platform Engineer/DevOps to own the architecture and roadmap of our cloud platform. You will design, implement, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines while enforcing security and cost controls.

Collaboration across teams is essential to drive reliability and performance. The role requires deep AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps experience, plus strong networking and observability skills.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years in DevOps/Platform engineering
• 5+ years hands-on Kubernetes design and operation
• Deep AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC)
• Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps
• Terraform proficiency
• Strong networking (VPC, DNS, load balancing)
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch
• AI/LLM workloads in production preferred
• Autonomy and end-to-end ownership
• Fluent English communication

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and roadmap of cloud platform.
• Design, implement and manage AWS infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain Terraform configurations.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and deployments.
• Implement GitOps with ArgoCD and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure security, cost control, monitoring and incident response.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize infrastructure.
