Job summary

MoneyHero Limited is seeking a Senior Engineer to own production features across backend services and frontend applications for its financial products. You will work closely with Product, Design, Business, Marketing and Compliance, running requirements conversations and delivering AI-assisted solutions within a governed delivery framework.

You will contribute to architecture, standards, and secure coding practices, while mentoring peers and ensuring high-quality, tested software across Node.js,

Qualifications

• 8+ years software engineering experience.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders: gathering requirements and owning outcomes.
• Strong architecture and design skills for microservices and event-driven systems.
• Proficiency in React and at least one backend language (Node.js, Java, C#).
• Experience using AI coding tools and delivering AI-first solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own production features across backend services and frontend applications.
• Lead requirements conversations with Product, Design, and Business teams.
• Direct AI tools to implement specifications and verify via tests.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure secure, scalable deployments.
• Collaborate on architecture decisions and ensure alignment with standards.
• Mentor others and share engineering practices.
