Qualifications

• 8+ years managing cross-functional technology programs end-to-end across multiple markets.
• Strong API and system integration experience with SaaS platforms.
• Experience with SaaS vendors, contracts, and cost management.
• Proficiency with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure cloud services.
• Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT).
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to present to senior leadership.
• Fluency in English plus written Traditional Chinese and Cantonese.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of technology programs across markets from planning to launch.
• Design integration flows and API call sequences with engineering.
• Source, onboard and manage SaaS platforms and technology partners.
• Define business value, KPIs, and track results post-launch.
• Write user stories, process flows and integration specs; coordinate UAT.
• Ensure security, data privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
