Job summary

Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong is seeking a front desk professional to deliver exceptional guest services, including registration, cashiering, and information provision. You will update guest profiles and respond to enquiries while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires good communication in English and Cantonese, with a minimum of 2 years’ front desk experience; Opera Cloud knowledge is a plus. The position is based in Hong Kong with a monthly salary around 20k–21k HKD.

Qualifications

• Front desk hospitality experience is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years front desk experience.

Qualifications
