Complex Asia seeks a commercially minded FP&A leader to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio performance across events, content, commerce, and experiences.

The role combines finance, revenue optimization, and pricing strategy to drive profitability and growth for festivals, exhibitions, and live experiences. You will influence executive decisions and partner with Marketing, Sponsorship, and Product teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, investment, or related analytical functions.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and valuation capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Experience building business cases, ROI analyses, and long-term strategic plans.
• Strong analytical mindset translating data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong presentation skills with senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across Events, Commerce, and Content.
• Own and manage P&L for key segments and projects/events.
• Develop detailed financial models to evaluate investments, sponsorships, and new revenue streams.
• Conduct ROI analyses and post-event reviews to drive improvements.
• Support executive leadership in annual strategic planning and decision-making.
• Build 3- to 5-year projections, growth scenarios, and expansion strategies.
• Support fundraising, investor presentations, board reporting, and partnerships evaluations.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leaders to maximize revenue while controlling costs.
• Lead ticket pricing strategy and revenue management across all events and experiences.
