Job summary

Digital Edge DC in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned FP&A professional to own Commercial FP&A and Growth Analytics across Asia Pacific, including bookings-to-revenue, pricing, margin and commissions. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success and Country Finance, delivering insights on revenue growth drivers, deal profitability and forecast risk to support executive decisions.

This role reports to the Associate Director of FP&A and will drive automation of recurring reporting using Power BI and

Qualifications

5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance or sales finance.
Ability to convert complex commercial data into senior management insights.
Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Customer Success, Accounting and Country Finance.
Hands-on sales commission calculation, accrual and reconciliation experience.

Responsibilities

Own monthly revenue and bookings-to-revenue reporting across APAC.
Explain revenue growth by volume, rate, mix, timing and FX; flag risks and slippage.
Lead customer contract and rent roll reporting; ensure data accuracy and reconciliation.
Build deal and portfolio economics including LTV, payback, profitability and cost-to-serve.
Automate recurring commercial reporting using Power BI and Salesforce dashboards.
