Job summary

HKT is seeking an FP&A professional in Hong Kong to lead financial planning, profitability analysis, and KPI monitoring. You will design interactive dashboards for management and drive digital transformation through automation and analytics integration.

You will collaborate with Finance, Product Marketing, Operations and IT to translate business needs into analytical outputs and support senior leadership with ad hoc analyses and strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information technology, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in FP&A, business planning, or data analytics.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, KPI frameworks, and operational performance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process automation and manage transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly/ quarterly/ annual planning for business.
• Analyze profitability, costs, and product lines for commercial strategy.
• Monitor financial/non-financial KPIs to align with corporate goals.
• Design and deliver interactive dashboards for management.
• Maintain reporting systems to meet changing business needs.
• Partner with Finance, Product Marketing, Operations, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
