Job summary

HTK in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Manager, Business Planning to lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning process. You will partner with stakeholders to align targets with business objectives and drive data-driven decision making.

The role requires a strong grasp of ecommerce KPIs, budgeting and variance analysis, and proficiency in Excel and BI tools. You will be expected to automate reporting and contribute to governance of data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Finance/Analytics Required.
• 5+ years in Business Planning/Analytics/FP&A/Strategy/Performance Management.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce KPIs and business drivers.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI/visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau); SQL knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual business planning, including target setting, budgeting, and forecasting with stakeholders.
• Track revenue, costs, and KPIs; conduct variance analysis and identify risks and opportunities.
• Apply data analytics to assess performance, customer behavior, and market trends for insights.
• Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and scorecards for visibility.
• Prepare business reviews and present performance updates to senior management.
• Enhance reporting efficiency via automation while ensuring data accuracy and governance.
• Act as internal AI ambassador, identifying opportunities to automate tasks and upskill the team.
