Job summary

PCCW Group in Hong Kong is seeking an FP&A Analyst to drive workflow automation, enhance analytics, and deliver data‑driven insights for EMS planning and Capex control. You will design dashboards and ensure timely data delivery to top management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong knowledge of PowerBI/Tableau, plus proficient financial modelling and KPI frameworks to support cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or related field.
Solid knowledge in business intelligence and AI tools.
Familiar with dashboard visualization (PowerBI & Tableau).
Strong financial modelling, KPI frameworks, and performance analysis.
Excellent communication for cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Execute monthly, quarterly and annual planning for EMS units and Capex.
Perform profitability, cost and product line analyses to support strategy.
Design and deliver interactive dashboards for top management.
Collaborate with Finance, Product Marketing, Operations and IT.
Provide ad hoc analyses and strategic project support.
