Job summary

Pernod Ricard Hong Kong Ltd - Travel Retail Asia is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to optimize financial performance across our GTR operations. You will manage cash reporting, month-end close, and P&L analysis while partnering with Commercial, Marketing and Operations teams to drive better business decisions.

The role requires 6–8 years in FP&A within FMCG or travel retail, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 6–8 years FP&A experience in multinational FMCG or travel retail preferred; HKICPA, ACCA or CIMA qualification is a plus.
• Ability to act as finance business partner with strong collaborative skillset and work with all levels across functions.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and be highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly/quarterly cash reporting and ensure timeliness and accuracy per HQ and GTR guidelines.
• Analyze P&L variances and support monthly close and quarterly rolling forecasts.
• Support Transfer Pricing and validate local P&L for robust statutory reporting.
• Provide financial modeling and KPI development to partner cross-functional teams.
