Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is recruiting a high-caliber FP&A professional to support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across APAC markets. This role partners with commercial and retail teams to deliver financial insights that drive business decisions in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, 4+ years FP&A experience, and strong Excel with SAP/Power BI/Hyperion familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 4+ years FP&A experience in Retail, Consumer Products, FMCG, or multinational company.
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills.
• Advanced Excel; SAP/Power BI/Hyperion experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis, and dashboards.
• Partner with commercial and retail teams to provide financial insights.
• Monitor KPIs, sales trends, profitability, and operational performance.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Support regional management with ad hoc analysis and strategic projects.
• Assist in business planning across APAC markets.

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis, and performance dashboards
• Partner with commercial and retail teams to provide financial insights and business recommendations
• Monitor key business drivers, sales trends, profitability, and operational KPIs
• Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities to improve business performance

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines
• Over 4 years of FP&A experience in Retail, Consumer Products, Luxury, FMCG, or multinational company.
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, Power BI, Hyperion, or similar systems is an advantage
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
