Tory Burch Far East Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Analyst, FP&A to support planning, budgeting, and analysis for Asia Retail, Wholesale and Travel Retail businesses. You will prepare performance analyses and regional reports under the guidance of the Senior Manager, FP&A, Asia.

The role requires a Finance/Accounting degree, 1 year of budgeting/planning experience, strong Excel, and fluency in English and Chinese. SAP knowledge is a plus, and meeting tight deadlines is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year in financial planning, preferably in Retail industry.
• Strong Excel and modelling skills.
• Sound knowledge of US GAAP and International Accounting Standards.
• Excellent written and communications skills in English and Chinese are required.
• Ability to drive adherence to tight deadlines.
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage

Responsabilités

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance analysis reports.
• Prepare regional management reports and ensure compliance with group policies.
• Report and analyze business performance, follow up on budget deviations.
• Work closely with the Senior Manager, FP&A, Asia to prepare annual budget and forecasts.
• Assist ad hoc analyses and work on special projects as needed.
