Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with data analysis and reporting ability.
• At least 6 years of corporate financial work experience, with 1 year of team management.
• Experience in medium to large enterprises is preferred.
• Candidates with 2+ years of Hong Kong or overseas experience have an advantage.
• Strong sense of compliance, risk control, and responsibility.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Able to work under pressure and think logically with data-driven reviews.

Responsibilities

• Review and control of business expenses and reimbursements.
• Lead the expense team and establish standardized review systems.
• Ensure month-end closing and bank reconciliation.
• Manage fixed assets and leased assets.
• Oversee payment systems and workflow automation.
• Perform data analysis and process optimization.
• Coordinate cross-departmental activities and drive special projects.
• Accept other duties as directed by supervisors.
