Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint for asset data reporting.
• Knowledge of large-scale asset management systems and data integrity.
• Experience with fixed asset lifecycle processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark and revise branch fixed asset policies and workflows.
• Lead physical inventories and data cleansing for asset baselines.
• Maintain asset ledger and reconcile with financial records.
• Manage lifecycle: procurement, warehousing, allocation, maintenance, disposal.
• Standardize scrapping, auctioning, and OEM recycling sign-offs.
• Coordinate asset management across departments and dormitory supplies.
• Drive asset system development, UAT, go-live, and QR/RFID integration.
• Establish cross-department Asset Liaisons and report on inventory.
