Job summary

Far East Facade (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to handle tender document analysis, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations for facade projects. You will coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors, maintain cost data, and respond to tender queries.

The role requires 5+ years in QS/Estimating, strong communication and supervisory skills, and fluency in English and Chinese. External façade experience is a plus; bonuses and sponsorships are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimating
• Experience in external façades is an advantage
• Good communication and supervisory skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Estimator

Responsibilities

• Study tender documents including tender specifications and drawings
• Carry out quantity take-off
• Prepare quotation enquiries to material suppliers and sub-contractors
• Maintain and update cost data as required
• Prepare cost estimation works based on preliminary tender design drawings and calculations
• Respond to queries raised during the tender process

Requirements:

Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying / Building Construction or equivalent

Minimum 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimating

Experiences in external facadeis an advantage

Good communication and supervisory skills

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Estimator
