Job summary

Gough Recruitment (Hong Kong) Pty Limited seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in tendering and bid management. You will own the tender process from inquiry through handover, review drawings and BOQs to price major facade or civil works, and drive value engineering and risk mitigation to win profitable bids.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, 10 years of hands-on estimating experience in construction, and proven capability in commercial negotiations.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• MRICS/MHKIS/RPS are a bonus but not essential.
• Minimum 10 years estimating experience in the construction sector.
• Experience on facade or civil engineering projects.
• Strong bid management, market pricing, and commercial negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a stable, progressive career history.
