Michael Page Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our MIS and ERP landscape within a public sector/NGO setting. You will shape governance, drive enterprise applications, and oversee HR/Finance/CRM platforms, ensuring reliability and security across the tech stack.

You will manage internal teams and vendors, deliver large-scale digital transformations, and engage stakeholders to translate needs into robust, user-friendly systems. Fluent English and Chinese are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing enterprise applications and ERP environments in NGOs/public sector.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle platforms and supporting infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Experience with online self-service platforms and integrated business systems.
• Solid understanding of web, application and database server environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams and vendors.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the Management Information Systems team.
• Drive the development, enhancement and support of enterprise applications.
• Oversee systems supporting HR, Finance, Facilities, CRM and operations.
• Establish and implement application governance, policies and best practices.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects and system upgrades.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to achieve project outcomes.
• Provide strategic advice on application architecture and digital initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and improve user experience.
• Support governance committees and technology working groups.
• Ensure reliability, security and continuous improvement of business systems.
