Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Senior Manager in Hong Kong to lead the Management Information Systems team and drive the development, enhancement and support of enterprise applications across HR, Finance, Facilities, CRM and operations.

You will establish governance, manage end-to-end digital initiatives, coordinate with vendors, and engage stakeholders to improve user experience while ensuring security and continuous improvement of business systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Extensive experience managing enterprise applications and ERP environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle platforms and supporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Management Information Systems team.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle platforms and supporting infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Experience with online self-service platforms and integrated business systems.
• Solid understanding of web, application and database server environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams and vendors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
