Job summary

FWD Group invites experienced developers to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications with a focus on web and mobile platforms, cloud-based architecture, and AI-assisted development. You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to build scalable systems that meet strict SDLC, security, and governance standards.

The role requires hands-on expertise across Angular, PHP, WordPress, Node.js, and microservices, plus cloud experience (AKS/Azure).

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in system development and project delivery.
• Experience in SIT/UAT and production releases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
• Experience in insurance or financial services system integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop frontend distribution platforms using Angular, PHP, WordPress, Node.js, microservices, AKS and APIs.
• Prepare technical specifications, system flows, integration designs, and mobile app documents.
• Ensure SDLC compliance, security, coding standards, and cloud architecture best practices.
• Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve coding, testing, requirement analysis, and delivery efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end system implementation projects using Agile or Waterfall.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, QA, infrastructure and development teams to ensure delivery alignment.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities; provide documentation and audit traceability.
• Provide technical leadership and support effective stakeholder communication.
• Provide production support for frontend platforms and related applications; coordinate issue resolution and releases.
