Job summary

WeMaintain in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Engineer / Engineer, Service Field to join the frontline team delivering high-quality lift and escalator maintenance services. You will monitor performance, coordinate field support, and ensure safety and compliance across assigned sites.

You will own service tasks, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to improving maintenance workflows with a focus on reliability and speed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance and field support
• Detail-minded and able to work independently under pressure
• Strong English and Chinese communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing support for the Branch Operation
• Handle customers' enquiries and foster relationship management by attending visits and client meetings
• Assist in ensuring the performance on lift and escalator maintenance & major repairs within the assigned portfolio
• Prepare general and ad hoc reports and analysis for customers and internal review, and follow up site performance such as field technical support
• To ensure the technical and legal compliance of our inspection, repairs and special maintenance and monitor the quality performance through the Quality Feedback system
• Assist in monitoring the spare parts consumption
• Follow up with the field operation team and assist in repair work execution
• Assist in handling MTRC contract lifts and escalators’ daily operation, ad hoc tasks arrangement, reporting and meetings

What Will Your Future Role Be?

You Are the Right Person for Us If:

• Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
• 3 years or above of relevant experience in maintenance and field support
• Detail-minded, organized with strong execution orientation and ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good customer-orientation, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese

* Candidate with more extensive experience will be considered for a Senior Engineer, Service Field position.
